Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on the shipping option selected at checkout, typically 5–10 business days for standard shipping.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can also check your order status anytime using the “Track Your Order” link in your confirmation email.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We start processing orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, email support@wearhaus.us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it.


Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email support@wearhaus.us with your order number.

Are returns free?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We’ll send you a prepaid label in those cases.

How do refunds work?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days.


Products & Care

How should I care for my accessories?
Spot clean with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Avoid soaking leather items and store them away from direct sunlight to prevent fading. Product pages include specific care tips for each item.

Are your materials sustainable?
We focus on durability and timeless design to reduce waste. Many of our pieces use natural fibers and long-lasting materials that can be worn year after year.

Do you restock sold-out items?
Some popular pieces return seasonally. You can click “Notify me when available” on the product page or join our newsletter to be first to know about restocks.


Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Is my information secure?
Yes. Wearhaus uses SSL encryption and Shopify’s secure checkout to protect your personal data and payment information.
